#HikeBearNaked

There’s nothing quite as freeing as taking a naked hike through nature. Unfortunately, nude hiking is forbidden according to many state and local laws. Inconsistent regulations, coupled with cultural biases against nudity, make naked hiking extremely challenging to navigate, leaving this niche community somewhat lost in the woods.

But Bear Naked Granola believes people should be able to enjoy nature in whatever way they please, even if that’s bare naked. That’s why this National Nude Day, Bear Naked Granola is fueling a freehiking mission to help naked hikers navigate au naturel and allow people to get as close to nature as they please.

In partnership with Outside’s Gaia GPS app, the granola brand is encouraging nude hikers to review trails for nude-friendliness using a discrete emoji code system to evade those who oppose naked hiking. Nude-friendly trails are marked: ???? ???? ✅. And non-friendly trails are marked: ???? ???? ❌. Hikers who take up this #HikeBearNaked challenge are looking out for things like crowds, regulations, shade, poison oak, bugs, etc. to make their official determinations. Together, these trails make up America’s first (un)official nude-friendly trail system.

In addition to reviewing and mapping trails, Bear Naked is also coming to the aid of naked hikers with a tasteful new product innovation: The Bear Naked Belt. This newly engineered snacking gear is designed to help nude hikers avoid hunger and citations on the trails; they’re available to order here.

The Escapees RV Club is one of the oldest, largest and most loved RV membership organizations in the world. We provide a total support network for all RVers, regardless of their travel style, type of RV, or experience level.

Escapees are united by our shared love of travel and exploration. We like being independent, self-reliant, and sometimes even a little unconventional. We believe in sharing our knowledge and experience, and caring for our fellow members. And most importantly, we enjoy being part of a community of like-minded folks.

Xscapers are an RV lifestyle group of Escapees RV Club that is inspired by the club’s original roots. Escapees continues to be the industry leader on RV lifestyle education. This provides you with a trusted 38-year foundation that enables us to furnish a completely unique set of resources and support while still giving you a club that fits your specific needs.

Xscapers seek to escape the traditional life pattern of a career, a house and accumulation of possessions in favor of a more minimalistic and nomadic lifestyle that focuses on collecting experiences instead of things. Deciding to make this change now, rather than waiting for a “someday” that may never come.

The Naturist Society (TNS)

At one time or another, most of us probably have wondered what it’s like to stroll down a sun kissed beach clothed in nothing but a smile. It seems so inviting, so liberating…so natural. Maybe you think that’s something other people do. But you know what? Those of us in The Naturist Society (TNSF) are those “other people”—and chances are we’re a lot like you.

Our thousands of members from across the U.S., Canada and beyond come from all walks of life. Single people, families, and retirees; teachers, construction workers, clerks and computer programmers; globe-trotters and homebodies… it doesn’t matter. If you share our underlying principle—body acceptance through nude recreation — you’re already a naturist at heart. Maybe that’s why you’ve chosen this site. You’re curious about social nudity, but don’t know much about it. Maybe you skinny-dipped years ago and want to try it again. Or perhaps you just don’t like wearing clothes and wonder if there are like-minded people out there.

Whether you dream of carefree Caribbean islands, elegant European spas, back-country hiking and hot springs, family-friendly resorts, or scenic beaches close to home, you’ve come to the right place. TNSF can put you in touch with naturist opportunities across town and around the world. Why? For the fun of it, of course. But that’s not the whole story. At TNSF we take the issue of body acceptance seriously. We view the nude human form for what it is: a gift of nature, dignified and worthy of respect, regardless of shape, size, age or hue.
